Ikretha

As a mage of the Ikrethian royal family, Alice Gnash has a contract with God. Unfortunately she’s in controversy; her neighboring nation, Rosha, do not agree on most things, but their peace treaty has her chained in allyship to prevent future conflict. However, Alice has to marry the Prince of Rosha, and a bunch of things are revealed about the royal family. This ends up putting all the blame on Alice. As a disciple of God, Alice is determined to keep her heir to the throne, and a demon introduces himself and offers a promising contract to keep it.

Abaddon is the leader of the city Veoca in Ikretha. The city was a country belonging to the Veocan people until it was colonized by the Ikrethian Empire. Abaddon was the Prince of Veoca, but a contract with the Gnash family and God has him tied down to his duties as “the Devil”: Criminals, whom the Empress calls sinners, get sent for punishment, and he’s expected to carry out their sentences. He rules with his girlfriend Lilith until the Prince meets Asbeel: An angel who expresses the betrayal of his superior Alice Gnash. Preventing Asbeel's best friend from execution and defying a contract with God, Abaddon vows his loyalty as long as Asbeel does one thing: He serves him for the rest of his life.
